  Overall, this is a pretty good place to live especially if you're looking for a pretty quiet neighborhood. The staff is helpful in most cases and maintenance is usually pretty quick to get things done! Only complaints I would have is how thin the walls/ceilings are; it gets extremely annoying hearing my neighbors above me stomping around. Staff doesn't really offer any help with complaints about that. The water will randomly turn yellow when you turn it on, usually only in the tub. Probably the most annoying thing is the visitor's parking! There's literally never any available visitor's spaces because there aren't that many to begin with; also, they provide visitor's passes on Thursdays on a first come first serve basis, so good luck with trying to get one of those for the weekend!
